FLOOD INFORMATION UPDATE

First off, we would like to start again by thanking all the volunteers, companies and individuals who helped us with the 2011 flood. Your work is greatly appreciated.

As of today, total estimated damage to the park is at $1,500,000.00. This is the campground, golf course and park all together.

An assessment was done mid Decemeber on the golf course. Estimated losses of $350,000.00 - $400,000.00. Will will begin working towards repairing fairways and greens and possibly purchasing sod for the greens and reseeding all fairways. As you can appreciate, these jobs are very labour intensive. If at all interested in volunteering your time please contact the administration office at 306-458-2362.

We have also contacted an irrigation specialist to come assess our irrigation system and help us to repair as much as possible to get the most use of our irrigation system in 2012 season.
