The development and construction of campgrounds / campsites in the new Mainprize Park began 1995 season. This area was treeless and we ask that all visitors be patient in the developing years. All campsites are located in a valley next to a portion of the golf course and all just a short walking distance for the golf clubhouse, the boat launch and the beach.

Availability

Campground "A" and Campground "C" consist of full service sites. The majority of these sites are rented out to campers for the full season and are not available for daily traffic. Please call for availability.

Campground "A"

• This is a new project that began in the fall of 2003 and we are hoping to have the sites completed for use by June 1, 2004
• Phase 1 of this campground construction consists of:
  • 22 full service sites (30 amp power, some with 50 amp, full sewer and potable water)
  • Spacious lots with BBQ's and picnic tables
  • Numerous trees are planted with more to be put in during spring 2004
  • Raw water outlets to water trees
  • Gravel access roads

Campground "B"

• 34 sites in total
• 11 of the sites are 30 amp electrical only with slab fence wind breaks
• 23 remaining sites are 15 amp electrical only
• Campfire receptacles and picnic tables
• Potable water taps in center of campground
• Close proximity to bathrooms & showers
• established trees

Campground "C"

• 26 full service sites (30 amp power, full sewer and potable water)
• Campfire receptacles and picnic tables
• Close to proximity to bathrooms, showers and playgrounds
• Raw water outlets to water trees

Over flow (Not located in same area)

• 15 sites with 15 amp power only
• Old camp kitchen for use if required
• Must utilize bathroom on #15 tee box (toilets only)
• Must drive to shower building
• BBQ's and picnic tables

Amenities

• Clean bathrooms and showers
• Daily garbage pickup
• Regular maintenance & cutting of grass
• Trailer dump station with rinse hose and fresh water hose
• Laundromat located at K n N cabins
• A new $4500.00 playground facility is now completed for use in the area just west of camp ‘A’
• Limited playground equipment beside shower facility and on beach
• Short walking distance to clubhouse, store and beach
• Close proximity to walking trail
• Security checks for 11 P.M. quiet time

• RESERVATIONS ACCEPTED ON A CREDIT CARD ONLY WITH PAYMENT OF FIRST NIGHT. MINIMUM 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
